Well, like everything in life, it depends with which crystal you see the situation. For some people is really bad, because here it doesn't really matter how much money you have or who you are, if let's say you break an arm and I break an arm at the same time, If I get first to the ER room I get in there first.

On the same hand, out of the thousand things that worry me in life, getting sick or in getting into an accident and not having "coverage" is not really a worry right? call it peace of mind, life quality, etc..

I have experienced both systems, the US and the Canadian one, if you have a decent insurance and money, definitely the US system is much better, but for everything else in life we are just fine up here.
