I am looking for a SIM card with reasonable data fees for myself and my coworkers that will allow us to communicate via email a lot on our phones while traveling in Russia. Roaming charges by US mobile providers are too high. We would need to be able to easily buy additional credits online (ideally, on an English-language version of the website). It would also need to work well both in Western Russia and the Far East. I've looked into Beeline, RedEnergy and neither fit the bill. Currently trying Cellular Abroad International TalkAbroad SIM cards. Any suggestions?
