What is your favorite native tree? Flower? Fruit?
my favorite native tree rambutan (kinda of lychee), for flower i like jasmine
I think for my native fruit, I would have to go with the sapodilla. It is so tasty! I think for both flower and tree I woud have to go with the poinciana. Not only does it provide wonderful shade, the flowers are beyond breath-taking.
Perhaps this is not exactly what you are asking, but I really love coconuts. Every time I'm in Hawaii I can't believe how enjoyable they are.
I like Persimmon trees. Where I live the deer will come into my yard and eat them right off the tree.
Aspen, rose, pears.

Can't have chocolate without cocoa trees!
Native would be mangoes I guess. And the other illegal tree which is female that can reach 20 ft. Haha.
Magnolia trees, tulips (or Iris flowers- it's toss up) annnnd, avocados!
Z owoców uwielbiam jabłka! Polskie jabłka są najsmaczniejsze! :-)
My favourite Australian plant is the Mountain Ash. They are truly huge trees, with some approaching the heights of various species of Sequoia ;) They are the tallest flowering plants on Earth, but also, and my favourite part, home to Victoria's Faunal Emblem, the leadbeater's possum which is really really cute but also just so small a possum for the tree size that it's mind-boggling!
Western Red Cedar. Forget-me-nots. Peaches!
