Does anyone in Seattle know of a source for really fresh eggs?
I've heard that Bill the Butcher is a really good source for fresh eggs. I am not sure if they are the best in town, but they are definitely organic and fresh. Let me know if you hear of something better; now you've got ME interested!
The farmers markets are my favorite way to go. On the weekends there are great fresh eggs in most of them I think. There are also fresh eggs in Pike Place - out at a stand on the weekend and inside at the dairy stand all week!
Hello! I believe there are farm-fresh eggs at the Wallingford Farmers Market. There also used to be some at the Ballard Farmers Market, but you should probably call to check if they are still there. Good luck!
If you want really fresh eggs, you can get some chickens at the Portage Bay Grange: http://www.portagebaygrange.com/
Did you find your eggs, SueMac?
