I really dig the happy hour at the Willows Lodge in Woodinville. Very good atmosphere, and you can get your appetizers with wine pairings very cheap.

The Black Bottle is good but if you want to get closer to downtown you should check out Barolo - that is one of my favorite places for happy hour. Good vine too:-)

My recommendation would be Barolo, which is downtown.

Best happy hour in Seattle would go to Toulouse Petit. They were even featured by CNBC as one of the best happy hours in the nation.

I dont think black Bottle is anything special. Try Quinn's on Cap Hill.

The late night happy hour at La Isla in Ballard is my absolute favorite. I just moved across the country and it's one of the biggest things I miss about Seattle. I also really loved the Oddfellows happy hour on Capitol Hill. Enjoy!
