How can I make a really good koshary? Do you have a recipe? I really liked it. I miss it. I have not been able to recreate it in the United States. We do not have street food here.

Lentils, rice and pasta are cooked and then served in a spicy tomato sauce. Puree the sauce in a food processor if you like a smoother texture.
