I am an Indian living in the US. No rent is not different for foreigners. Sadly at times you may be taken advantage of but for established complexes its not the case. If you are going for work the best thing would be to get some assistance from your employer or friend if possible.

No rents are not different. You should use online websites such as makaan.com for taking flat on rent

rent for foriengers are slightly high n its difficult to find a proper place... try to book it via internet first... remember about websites validity too... validate it by reviews and comments.. :)
