Does anyone know of a great Dim Sum restaurant in Hong Kong?

There's a dim sum place at City Hall which is amazing.

I like to go to the sky lounge of the Sheraton Hotel on Kowloon side (and watch the light show at 20.00...) always a nice start of the evening with visitors. Have fun ;-)

Din Tai Fung, in Kowloon was very good.

One michelin star, lunch was very reasonable ($20 USD for plenty of dim sum, hot buns, and a beer), and it was fairly easy to get into.

Fung Shing Restaurant (鳳城酒家) is generally decent. http://www.fungshinggroup.com/eng/p1_eng.html

Locations all over HK, but the Prince Edward one is the best imho http://www.openrice.com/english/restaurant/sr2.htm?shopid=7705
