hey shannon usually in the mediterranean countries people are very warm they have a history of trading traveling and mixing but it could get tricky coz sometime they re a bit more welcoming then they need to be .But as well it depends on what you are searching for , ur priorities. work , nature , people ....? and there is always a risk of a cultural shock even now days with the whole globalisation thing but still customs are very strong. i have been thinking of leaving my country for a while and it is very hard so far andalusia seems like a good place at least for me . i was thinking about uruguay a lot as well it s one of the least corrupted countries so that s a good sign !
