Well, I am still learning from it, but I think the most important lesson I am getting is to try to let go of the ego in order to learn that we are all in this big life together and beyond...stating it simply:-)

Sounds interesting. Western psychology promotes ego integrity as an important part of mental health. However, Eastern psychology advocates that boundaries of all types are illusions, and contribute to mental dysfunction. More recently, eastern ideas have becomes more influential on western thought of ideal mental health.
