You might already have this one but I just did it yesterday and they're super good!
Oreo Truffles:
1 package of cream cheese
1 package of oreos (or cookie of choice)
1 package of Almond Bark or Candy Coating
1 Set out cream cheese to soften (do not melt in microwave).
2 Grind up Cookies of Choice in a food processor so it's crumbs.
3 Once entire package of cookie to crumbs mix into cream cheese. I like to use a hand mixer to get the cheese separated then once there aren't any loose crumbs - use my hands and kneed it like its cookie dough.
5 Then roll mix into little truffle sized balls.
Put truffles in freezer so that they stiffen slightly (10-20min).
Then melt candy coating in microwave.
Dip chilled cookie balls into candy coating & decorate with any truffle topping you like (peanuts, cookie crumbs, dyed candy coating, etc) place on cookie sheet to harden.
Then enjoy! Refrigerate truffles until served!
