Tax system here in Estonia: income tax - 21%, unemployment insurance (or something) tax - 2.8+2%, social security tax: 33%, turnover tax - 20% and then excise tax on electricity, fuel, alcohol and so on.
Is the income tax the same for all citizens? Is unemployment a problem?
Taxes here are same all over Estonia. About unemployment... officially its about 6.5%, but unofficially probably a bit more. Strange thing is, that companies can't find workers and unemployed can't find a job. It's probably both have high expectations, employer expects highly educated and greatly experienced employee, and unemployed expects high salary.
