I dont understand the user interface though. Im used to the fb/diaspora/twitter way of viewing all messages.

Oh! The comments on the left depend on the regions that show on the right. To see more, I zoom out. Very cool!

Hi Marc - yes; the map-based browse and search functionality takes a second to get used to, but it's pretty effective in helping you find cool stuff. If you back out to the "full world" view, the search bar is also pretty solid, albeit a tad slow. You'll also find that messages are prioritized by newness. You should also try the other apps at the top (user search, news, music).
