What is your go to stress relieving activity, food or drink? It would be interesting to hear what individuals in different cultures do. I've found a good workout followed by two or three repetitions of a Jacuzzi, cold shower, Jacuzzi, cold shower, really does the trick for me. One could substitute sauna and a jump in the lake or any hot cold.

I go to the gym the gym is my stress relief always has been.
