Wanted to give the world a few weeks before posing this question:

How do other countries view the outcome of our election now that President Obama has served a near full term?

Did he met international expectations (specifically from the vantage point of our EU allies)?

Please keep it clean in your replies. No verbal darts as I clearly cannot influence US foreign policy, nor can I change the outcomes of its elections.
