What is your single most prized possesion? (The one thing you would be sorry to lose above all else.)
My mind. Materially, probably my journals.
My wedding ring. It represents so much.
Sense of purpose.
Materially, I have very little I would miss - though I am certainly grateful for the roof over my head!
Possibly wisdom (William Arthur Ward - If You Are Wise). Nothingness is like bliss.
But there is no life without growth.
Okay actually I have a better answer more in the spirit of the question asked: my mom's old piano. I'm just now learning how to play, and I have the good fortune to get to do it on the piano my mom learned to play on, once upon a time. If my house burned down tomorrow, that is the one material thing which is truly irreplaceable.
And my piano has become very meaningful as well.
My hard drive that has all the photos and videos of my kids and family. Yes, it's backed up, but if we lost those, I'd be extremely upset.
Materially, probably my truck. I couldn't believe how much trucks cost last time I was in the market for one, and I don't want to buy another one for a LONG time.
External hard drive. Good question! Makes me realize I need to have it backed up in the cloud.
Students in PA answered family above all else...with xBox close behind. ...and of course, education.
I am not the materialistic kind of person, I learned that I can live without a lot of things but health, sense of purpose and my pets are holy to me.
