If you had to choose one type of international cuisine (i.e. Chinese, French, Mexican, etc.) to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be? What food, specifically, do you like from this type of cuisine? For me, it would be Italian! I adore pasta. :)
For me, it's a choice between Indian or Thai. I think I'd have to go with Thai but it's close :-)
It was a toss-up between Thai and Italian, as I also love Thai! Do you have a favorite Indian or Thai dish?
Thai, Mexican, or Vietnamese. I used to live in San Diego, and spent a fair amount of time in Baja, where I learned what fish tacos are supposed to taste like.
And I'm pretty sure I could have a bowl of pho for lunch every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy.
I'm going to go with Japanese. You have to take the health concerns in here; that pretty much rules out Italian. And Indian would get old. But Japanese has a bunch of range - sushi, nigri, teriyaki, etc. - and the Japanese people are healthy like none other. In fact, I wonder where I can get some shrimp tempura...
I forgot how much I, too, love sushi and pho...yes, please! :)
Yeah; I got all inspired by this string and wound up at Boom Noodle tonight. Bento box with some Pho. That's livin.
