My great grandparents were both from Oslo Norway, but didn't meet and marry until they met in Minnesota. I was quite close to my great grandparents as they cared for me while my parents were working and attending college. My family has many favorite baking recipes, but I really don't know much more about our Norwegian culture. I would like to know more....maybe things I can incorporate in our Holiday celebrations.
