YO! Is it just me, or have there been a lot more earthquakes in the last two or three years? Or are we just finding out about them more often?

Hola Brent Si todos estamos bien :), muchas personas asustadas pero es lo normal. En realidad creo que han habido terremotos muy fuertes últimamente, jajaj y al menos aca en mi pais ya es el tercer terremoto mayor a 6grados en menos de 2 meses

yes it was just a small one compared to the one 2 months ago which was a 7.9er - 45 second shake! Now that was quite scary!

Glad to know that everyone is okay. I was in Seattle in 2000 for the 7.4 that we had, and I was in the oldest high-rise building in town. Pretty scary stuff. The geologists say that we have a "big one" coming our way any time now. Not sure what to do with that actually.

Anyway, very happy to know that you are both okay, as well as everyone else. Wow.
