Sadly, it's no better here. In fact, it's probably worse. Here, we have extreme wealth and extreme poverty - often in the same camera lens. Here's what I encountered on Friday in Seattle:

I think the new situation here is lots of new homeless. People surprised about having no place to stay when they thought they were "regular people". Also lots of people living in some friend's couch while there are MANY emtpy flats because of the bubble.
