That's a tricky Q's given that Africa is a continent with over 50 countries. If you're truly interested in seeing parts of Africa...there is more to Africa then meets the eye. From my experience both growing up and also going back to East Africa, it's safe but you always want to practice caution as you would when you go to any unknown destination. The Africa that I know is safe, friendly, healthy, happy, hospitable with open minded people ...Africa is a continent of extremes both good and bad and if you go you will see, hear, taste, smell, touch, & even feel a side of Africa that perhaps you didn't know about because most that we see in the media is poverty, sickness, etc... but I tell u that there is a whole lot more to Africa than meets the eye...so go and find out for yourself...
