Cassie not quite Irish but i have some good Scottish recipe's for you. Such as Mince and tatties with skirlie its one of my favorites.Also stovies which is really good.Both dishes are total comfort food. If you want i can let you know how to cook both of them.I learned the recipe from my dear old gran. Let me know!

Oh I would love that Ryan, they sound interesting. I was actually thinking about scottish dishes too, I love scottish culture lol but never learned how to cook any of their dishes. So yes if you could I would be so happy :D

The recipes are exactly the way i cook my mince and tatties.The stovies however i use corned beef the stuff in a can.If you get stuck following the recipe i would be more than willing to guide you through them.Also with the mince and tatties i would recommend you serve it with skirlie.Its fantastic for soaking up the gravy.There is also a recipe for skirlie on the web site.
